DMS has had a huge impact on my health. After working with Gwen I've noticed significant increases in my strength, mobility, and endurance. Additionally, her recovery sessions helped me realize that I was carrying around significant tightness in my right shoulder, and she helped me to relieve that tightness. Would recommend for anyone serious about improving their fitness.

Gwen has been my trainer off-and-on for over twenty-five years. I was never very active growing up and two difficult pregnancies in my forties left me moving like my 90-year-old grandmother. Within a year, I was moving better than I had since high school and had no more problems carrying children or groceries. Life happened and fifteen years later, I tore my left meniscus. Gwen and I worked virtually for over a year, and on a long-planned family trip, I was able to climb to the Parthenon and walk around Mycenae and Santorini with no difficulty or pain. I'm now training with Gwen in-person again and, at 70, am gaining more muscle, strength, and flexibility than I've ever had. Gwen's patience, good humor, skill, and 30+ years of experience have definitely kept me healthy, happy, and fully able to enjoy my life.

She’s got all the equipment you need to properly train. She helped me after my breast cancer surgery to get back into a healthy routine. I couldn’t ask for a more caring, effective trainer!
