Gwen has been my trainer off-and-on for over twenty-five years. I was never very active growing up and two difficult pregnancies in my forties left me moving like my 90-year-old grandmother. Within a year, I was moving better than I had since high school and had no more problems carrying children or groceries. Life happened and fifteen years later, I tore my left meniscus. Gwen and I worked virtually for over a year, and on a long-planned family trip, I was able to climb to the Parthenon and walk around Mycenae and Santorini with no difficulty or pain. I'm now training with Gwen in-person again and, at 70, am gaining more muscle, strength, and flexibility than I've ever had. Gwen's patience, good humor, skill, and 30+ years of experience have definitely kept me healthy, happy, and fully able to enjoy my life.

Gwen is an amazing trainer. She asks all the right questions about your physical health before putting together a custom fitness program based on your needs. She’s motivating, energetic and fun! She’s got all the equipment you need to properly train. She helped me after my breast cancer surgery to get back into a healthy routine. I couldn’t ask for a more caring, effective trainer!

Helped me up my game and build my knowledge of my body immensely. Gwen taught me a lot of the basics about building up muscle and what that looked like in and out of training. Is amazing at motivating you and pushing you, but is also very careful with maintaining your health. Fully recommend!
